Sample Recipe

Sweet Corn on the Cob

6 ears of husked corn
1 stick refrigerated butter
Brown sugar to taste
6 well-moistened paper towels
6 sheets of aluminum

Rub the butter over the corn and sprinkle on the brown sugar.  Wrap first with moistened toweling, then aluminum foil.  Grill over indirect heat for approximately 25 minutes.  To give your sweet tooth an alternative, try maple syrup, honey and brown sugar on your corn.
